Being late to appointments can be one of the causes of stress in our lives. Support your first massage experience by giving yourself plenty of time to get to the appointment. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to fill out your client intake form.
Self care 101
Since you are giving yourself plenty of time to get to the appointment, be sure also eat something, preferably light and healthy. It's helps not to be too concerned during your session about a grumbling tummy.
Choose an appointment time that is not too demanding afterwards. One of the main benefits of massage is stress reduction. To race off to another task directly afterwards can cause more stress!
